Fox News host Mark Levin appeared visibly shaken Saturday night after a progressive influencer’s take on the 2028 presidential race left him seemingly emotional, so much so that he soon faced accusations he was “crying.”

Hasan Piker, a progressive influencer and streamer who’s played an outsized role in Democratic politics, told CNN recently that there was “a 0% chance” the Democratic presidential nominee for 2028 would be pro-Israel “in any way, shape or form.” Levin was asked to respond to Piker’s prediction by Fox News’ Sean Hannity.
Letting out a long sigh, Levin slowly took off his glasses and adopted a somber tone when issuing his response.
“You know, this guy is… well, we’re on cable TV, I gotta watch it: he’s a real low-life,” Levin said. “You know, it’s a funny thing, this guy ‘Puker,’ he doesn’t condemn communist China. In fact, he says Mao [Zedong] was the greatest man to ever walk the planet.”

Late Saturday night, Piker responded to a clip of Levin’s remarks with mockery.
“Oh my god he’s crying?!” Piker wrote in a social media post on X to his more than 1.7 million followers.
Previously a “Never Trump” conservative, Levin has championed President Donald Trump amid his deeply unpopular war against Iran. After the Trump administration reached a tentative peace deal with Iran in June, however, Levin appeared to reverse course and repeatedly attacked the Trump administration for having “capitulated” to Iran’s demands.
A former Reagan administration official, Levin has also sparked fury from Trump adviser Alex Bruesewitz, who accused the Fox News host of working on behalf of Israel, flagging a report by The Times of Israel about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s supposed plans to “use right-wing media personalities” to “influence” the terms of the tentative peace deal. The report explicitly named Levin as an example.
