Trump appeared to forget the name of the woman he just endorsed to replace New York Attorney General Letitia James during a rally with law enforcement official on Long Island.
“Letitia James is essentially a dirty cop,” Trump declared. “You have a person running, who I just met today…where the hell are you, Ma’am?”
Independent journalist Aaron Rupar responded on X, “Trump can’t remember the name of the woman he endorsed for New York AG.”
According to The Daily Beast, ma’am” was Republican challenger Saritha Komatireddy, and federal prosecutor.

Trump’s cognitive health was repeatedly called into question this week by former Vice President Dick Cheney’s cardiologist Dr. Jonathan Reiner.
“Over the last several months has he really looked like he’s struggled to stay awake during the day,” Reiner said. “This very stark abnormality is distinctly abnormal for the president…it’s disturbing to see.”
On X, viewers posited Trump’s memory problems extended beyond Komatireddy.
“He can’t remember the names of his 5 children,” quipped one.
“He’s always at a rally,” replied another. “Does he…realize he’s already the president?”
