Emily Underwood, top deputy to Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, has announced a departure for Trust Ventures, a venture capital firm, where she will be a partner.

Underwood has been with the Trump administration throughout President Donald Trump’s second term, Axios reported. She has focused on policy, including implementing a strategy across the federal government, on nuclear energy research and development.

Caleb Orr, a top adviser to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, will replace Underwood. Orr has worked closely with Rubio and has been considered a “key architect of the State Department’s critical minerals, energy and commercial diplomacy policies,” according to Axios.
