President Donald Trump’s “rant” and the new Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library on Wednesday sparked fresh health concerns for one political analyst. <\/p>\n

David Pakman, host of “The David Pakman Show” on YouTube, said in a recent video that Trump’s speech at the opening ceremony for the new presidential library raised all kinds of red flags. Not only did Trump appear physically exhausted, but he also made some quizzical claims that made Pakman wonder about the state of Trump’s mental health. <\/p>\n

In one clip Pakman played, Trump appeared out of breath while he was speaking to the crowd. Another clip showed Trump making a strange comment about having a “threesome” with his two sons, Don Jr. and Eric. <\/p>\n

“What’s coming out of his mouth isn’t making a lot of sense,” Pakman said. “This guy’s not doing well, and it’s almost painful to watch.”<\/p>\n

One clip that caught Pakman’s eye in particular showed Trump struggling to read the teleprompter. In the clip, Trump weaves between the history of the Rough Riders and a criticism of NATO. <\/p>\n

“I don’t think he can do this anymore,” Pakman said. <\/p>\n
