A prominent MAGA figure is demanding answers regarding Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), who in mid-June was discovered in his home unconscious<\/u> and has not been seen publicly since.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think this whole situation surrounding Mitch McConnell just became far more serious,\u201d argued<\/u> Kylie Jane Kremer, a prominent MAGA activist and organizer associated with Women for America First, the group that organized<\/u> President Donald Trump\u2019s 2021 rally that culminated in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.<\/p>\n

McConnell\u2019s office has released few details<\/u> regarding the state of McConnell\u2019s health since the health incident occurred in mid-June. It wouldn\u2019t be until weeks later in early July that it was learned McConnell was discovered unconscious and had to be administered CPR for possible cardiac arrest.<\/p>\n

It was also revealed<\/u> on Saturday that McConnell\u2019s wife, Elaine Chao, Trump\u2019s former transportation secretary, had traveled<\/u> to Beijing, China to discuss U.S.-China relations with Chinese Vice President Han Zheng, just three days after her husband\u2019s hospitalization.<\/p>\n

The lack of information released regarding McConnell\u2019s health, coupled with Chao\u2019s “bizarre<\/u>” behavior just days after her husband\u2019s hospitalization, left Kremer demanding answers.<\/p>\n

\u201cElaine Chao hasn\u2019t held a U.S. government position since January 7, 2021. The Logan Act<\/u> prohibits unauthorized private citizens from conducting correspondence or negotiations with foreign governments regarding disputes or matters involving the United States,\u201d Kremer wrote in a social media post<\/u> published Sunday night.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf Elaine Chao was representing the United States with authorization from the U.S. government, the State Department should say so. If she was acting solely as a private citizen while discussing U.S.-China relations with senior Chinese officials, it raises legitimate questions about whether the Logan Act could apply.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adding that she considered McConnell and Chao\u2019s situation to be a \u201cnational security issue,\u201d Kremer argued that the \u201cAmerican people deserve answers,\u201d a demand that was met with agreement by disgraced<\/u> former Republican Rep. George Santos.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve said this before and will say it again\u2026 I always thought she was a longtime infiltrator and I still believe that today!\u201d Santos wrote<\/u> in response. \u201cHer actions are not of a worried spouse.\u201d<\/p>\n
