The admission undercuts the Trump administration&#8217;s claims that Hearn was responsible for damaging the pool. <\/p>\n<p>Hearn&#8217;s lawyers slammed the indictment in a letter on Tuesday, arguing that the Trump DOJ prosecutors acted improperly. Those claims caught the ear of former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner.
