A child\u2019s broken collarbone, hypodermic needles, threats to knock a person\u2019s teeth out, the words \u201cdaddy kill you\u201d \u2014 these all appear in newly released documents a Trump-endorsed congressman<\/u> believes will convince the public to vote for him. <\/p>\n

Rep. Max Miller\u2019s (R-OH) bid to save a reelection campaign \u2014 marred by his ex-wife\u2019s accusations of abuse against her and their daughter \u2014 saw him on Sunday make public his child\u2019s medical records, redacted police reports, audio recordings of personal conversations (one in which he denies recording) and images of his 2-year-old daughter\u2019s body.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese documents were produced by my personal attorneys and paid for by me directly,\u201d Miller wrote on X<\/u>. He then added<\/u>, \u201cI invite everyone who is interested to take a look.\u201d<\/p>\n

Miller\u2019s ex-wife, Emily Moreno, and her father Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH) both have condemned Miller\u2019s treatment of his family and his decision to publicize their personal life. <\/p>\n

\u201cNo loving parent would have ever used their daughter as a PR pawn to save their own political career,\u201d said Emily Moreno\u2019s spokesperson Stefan Mychajliw on X<\/u>. <\/p>\n

Sen. Moreno added, \u201cIt has been horrific to watch this play out in full public view, all while knowing an innocent two-year-old girl is caught in the middle.\u201d<\/p>\n

President Donald Trump has, for the time being, continued to throw his support to his former senior adviser in the White House. Miller has been in Congress since 2023, and is fighting to keep his seat in November.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo far it’s accusations,” Trump said<\/u> on Air Force One Sunday. “I’ll be looking at it.”<\/p>\n

\u201cYou Found Needles?\u201d | Miller Replies To Allegations Of Drug Use<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Miller tells his ex-wife in one of a dozen recorded conversations he shared with the public on Sunday that he does not record their conversations. <\/p>\n

\u201cI’m sure you do record all of our conversations,\u201d says a voice transcribed as \u201cMrs.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cNo, I don’t,\u201d replies \u201cMr. \u201cAnd by the way, I have never gone into your cell phone. And I’ve never gone into your computer. And I\u2019ve never sneaked into your backpack.\u201d<\/p>\n

The conversations, shared in both audio recordings and transcripts, purport to reveal personal and sexual details about a marriage about to end. Miller said it was prepared and reviewed by his lawyers \u2014 and his wife had no say before he made them public.<\/p>\n

Eleven of the transcripts appear to be from August 2024, in the days before Miller filed for divorce on Aug. 27, according to a timeline accompanying the documents. <\/p>\n

Miller accuses Moreno of \u201cweaponizing our child\u201d when she asks him to contact a third party to schedule visits with the little girl. <\/p>\n

In another, Miller tells Moreno her therapist is not a \u201cmedical doctor\u201d and suggests a past bipolar disorder diagnosis threatens her credibility. <\/p>\n

Much of the conversation is about drugs \u2014 which concludes with Miller admitting he had been injecting himself with steroids. <\/p>\n

\u201cI have gone into your backpack because I truly do believe you have a drug problem,\u201d says \u201cMrs.\u201d on Aug. 20. \u201cFirst it was weed, and then I found needles next to your bed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr.: 14:32 You found needles?<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Mrs.: 14:34 Yes, I did. And I took a picture of it. You can try to deny it to me.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Mr.: 14:38 (laughs) Okay.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Mrs.: 14:41 I don’t know why that’s funny. That’s actually really f\u2013-in’ scary.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Miller denies the needles are his on his \u201cJewish word of honor\u201d in one transcript and in another tells Moreno about a treatment he was using, but claims to have stopped. <\/p>\n

Mr.: 02:47:07 Testosterone replacement therapy. You knew I was doing that, right? And, and I know this for a fact, so you’ve already acknowledged that you already know that that behavior was going on, and it, and it, you already know that it has ceased for over several months, so but I did not-<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Mrs.: 02:47:21 What you told me was you did it several times, and that was it.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Mr.: 02:47:24 Correct.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Mrs.: 02:47:25 Right, so when I found a needle, I had no idea what the f\u2013- it was. I also asked you several times if you were still doing it, and you said no because I looked it up, and it’s not good for you. You don’t want to be doing that stuff.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

The last audio recording is of his daughter\u2019s voice, purportedly taken in June of this year. <\/p>\n

Miller shared with the public the sounds of his daughter claiming, \u201cI don\u2019t love Mommy.\u201d <\/p>\n

The girl also says she\u2019s Tinker Bell. <\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cIt Wasn’t Done To Hurt You\u201d | Miller Denies Abusing Moreno With Hot Water<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Miller admits he threw hot water at his ex-wife in one of the audio recordings he shared. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt was horseplay in our kitchen,\u201d Miller said in a video statement accompanying the documents. <\/p>\n

“I sprayed water at her from the sprayer attached to our kitchen sink tap water, which does not reach boiling temperature.\u201d <\/p>\n

Moreno, in court records, tells a different story. <\/p>\n

A filed in May to the Court of Common Pleas, Cuyahoga County, in Ohio includes the following:<\/p>\n

On Saturday, June 8, 2024, she told Miller she planned to leave him. She describes what followed as a two-part attack. First, Miller \u2014 who had just been cooking eggs \u2014 took the hot water from the pan and threw it at her. She fell to the floor in a fetal position, the affidavit states, after which Miller \u201ctook the sprayer from the sink and continued to spray me with hot water.\u201d She took their daughter and fled to her parents\u2019 home that day. <\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

An audio recording and transcript reveal a later conversation Miller and Moreno had about the encounter. <\/p>\n

MILLER:[31:52] It was never done to hurt you with intent. It never was done to hurt you, and you know that.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

MORENO:[31:58] No, it is true, and if you knew it was because when you went into my\u2014you went into the laundry room when I was crying.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

MILLER:[32:02]\u2014So\u2014so\u2014so, so\u2014<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

MORENO:[32:04]\u2014And you literally, you started crying saying I didn’t mean to hurt you, why are you scared of me?<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

MILLER:[32:08] Yeah, I didn’t mean to hurt you. It wasn’t done with intent\u2014 You just said it yourself. It wasn’t done to hurt you.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

MORENO:[32:14]It’s not playful, it’s not playful when you dump hot water.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

MILLER:[32:17]Going out of the faucet, it does not get to a temperature of boiling water. It does not.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

MORENO:[32:21] Put it on when you get home, and see it can get hot.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

MILLER:[32:24] I did it, and I tested it, and I had our attorneys test it, because I figured that this is what you’re going to come at me with\u2014 it’s like standing under a hot shower.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Stephanie Grisham, former chief of staff to Melania Trump, told the Washington Post<\/u> in 2021 she had been physically abused by an ex-partner in Trump\u2019s entourage \u2014 and later confirmed<\/u> she meant Miller \u2014 who denies abusing her. <\/p>\n

\u201cI told the president that this \u201cgreat guy\u201d had anger issues and a violent streak,\u201d she wrote. \u201cThere was no follow-up from either of them to see if I needed help or protection.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u2018You Hammer Me Over Scratches\u2019| Miller Replies To Child Abuse Allegations<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Miller\u2019s determination to prove he has not abused his 2-year-old daughter, as his wife contends, saw him make public the little girl\u2019s medical records, pictures of her body, personal messages with his wife, and a signed statement from the child\u2019s caregiver. <\/p>\n

Two key incidents emerge: a broken collarbone treated on Feb. 19 and a suspected bruise \u2014 which turned out to be paint \u2014 on July 19, as is revealed in a screenshot of texts between Moreno and Miller. <\/p>\n

Those messages include images of his daughter\u2019s drawings, stacked on a play table, and a picture of the little girl, her face covered by a black square, with her sleeve pulled down to reveal her neck and shoulder. <\/p>\n

\u201cDid she paint in her hair\/neck?\u201d Moreno writes. \u201cI\u2019m not accusing you of anything just want to figure out the mark.\u201d <\/p>\n

Moreno later reveals it was blue paint, but that she was anxious enough to take the girl to urgent care.<\/p>\n

The message then shows the girl\u2019s medical records that include her doctors\u2019 names, patient notes, and the date and location of an upcoming appointment \u2014 which is not redacted. <\/p>\n

Miller\u2019s defense in the collarbone incident includes, but is not limited to, police reports, signed affidavits and a Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services report, dated April 4, which shows investigators did not find evidence of abuse. <\/p>\n

Messages between Moreno and Miller on a co-parenting app reveal the Republican congressman\u2019s initial response to news that his daughter\u2019s bone had been fractured.<\/p>\n

On Feb. 18, Moreno reported she\u2019d found \u201ca really large bruise,\u201d and the girl was experiencing issues with her arm, telling Miller a doctor recommended an X-ray. <\/p>\n

\u201cDid you notice anything happen this weekend or yesterday?\u201d Moreno asked. <\/p>\n

Miller told her he did not notice anything in one message and asked for a photo, of which he said days later, \u201clooks awful.\u201d <\/p>\n

Moreno told her ex-husband the girl needed an X-ray on Feb. 19 and told him on Feb. 20, \u201cShe has a fractured collar bone.\u201d<\/p>\n

This is his response: <\/p>\n

Hey, I know you said you\u2019re dealing with a lot and I get it. I am as well.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

But you can\u2019t go a full day without telling me she has a fractured collarbone. You would lose your mind if I did that.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

I\u2019m sorry it\u2019s a lot and I\u2019m sorry too, but that\u2019s not cool.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

I need to know days and times when you bring her to the doctor, yes, every time as you are entitled to the same.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

She is in your care and it\u2019s your responsibility to let me know.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Do you know how this happened? I\u2019m not pointing fingers, I just want to know as you would as well. I\u2019m the last person to find out.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Did it happen with Kasey? The bruise looks days old. I\u2019m going to have a doctor take a look at the photo.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Kasey found out this morning and she isn\u2019t her father. <\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Last time she got a black eye, I barely got any details. <\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

You hammer me over scratches, this is not ok.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

The child\u2019s nanny was interviewed on Feb. 26, days after his daughter had been treated for the fracture, according to the records shared by Miller.<\/p>\n

Details emerge of a little girl in pain. <\/p>\n

The nanny talks at length about how much she likes her little \u201creally smart\u201d charge, who loves music, reading books and discussing what the pair\u2019s next meal will be. <\/p>\n

The nanny told investigators she found the little girl \u201claying on the floor and screaming\/crying\u201d on Feb.16, the records show. <\/p>\n

The nanny tried to engage with the little girl, but \u201cshe didn’t want to play or do anything but be held.\u201d <\/p>\n

The little girl was taken to the doctor the same day, diagnosed with strep throat and prescribed amoxicillin, the nanny testified. <\/p>\n

The nanny recounts a family trying to balance joint custody of a sick child with a lot of friends to see.<\/p>\n

On Feb. 20, the day after the girl was treated for a broken collarbone, the nanny describes playing with the girl\u2019s \u201cshape\/face toys\u201d they use to talk about her emotions. <\/p>\n

\u201c[Redacted] always says the red\/angry one is daddy,\u201d the report states. \u201cShe doesn’t understand why because she ([Redacted]) has never seen [Redacted] angry.\u201d<\/p>\n

The nanny stated her opinion that the broken collarbone was likely caused by the girl\u2019s rough-and-tumble nature. <\/p>\n

The girl sometimes “\u2019hit herself or hurt herself\u2019 for attention,\u2019\u201d the nanny said in the police interview.<\/p>\n

Her interview concludes with the statement that it is \u201can honor” to nanny a redacted name, presumably the little girl. <\/p>\n

\u2018Daddy Kill You\u2019 | Miller Denies He\u2019s Unfit To Serve<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Sen. Bernie Moreno on Sunday told the nation Miller should not serve in the House of Representatives. <\/p>\n

\u201cIf there are any basic standards of character required to hold elected office, Max Miller fails them,\u201d said Sen. Moreno in a statement published at 11:22 a.m. <\/p>\n

\u201cI believe Max Miller needs to seek professional help to end the clear pattern of abuse he has left in his wake. I believe he should not be free to continue endangering others until he does.\u201d<\/p>\n

This message appeared less than an hour after Miller put his massive hoard of documents on social media<\/u>. <\/p>\n

Those documents \u2014 police records, medical records, court records, recordings of private conversations \u2014 reveal just how much one man will give to hold onto his public power. <\/p>\n

Miller gave the public details of family fights \u2014 some impossible to decode because of multiple redactions \u2014 about accusations of substance abuse, alcohol abuse and physical abuse. <\/p>\n

It includes the words, “she was going to knock her teeth out,\u201d as a police report Raw Story confirmed independently reveals.<\/p>\n

It includes private details of a two-year-old child\u2019s life \u2014 images of her body, her medical records, her private words to the people tasked with taking care of her. <\/p>\n

\u201cAt 1952 hours, [REDACTED] advised [REDACTED] that stated, \u2018Daddy kill you,\u2019 which [REDACTED] indicated was similar to a statement [REDACTED] made on Sunday (02.15.2026),\u201d a Bay Village police report reads.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen asked about the statement, [REDACTED] advised there was no way [REDACTED] was saying that, but agreed that he had heard [REDACTED] say it on Sunday.\u201d <\/p>\n

Miller on Sunday, in his video message, told the public the allegations of abuse made by his wife were entirely false. <\/p>\n

He then confirmed his commitment to his public.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery one of these allegations traces back to a single source: my former wife,\u201d Miller said in a lengthy livestream broadcast. \u201cI’m not getting out of this race, and I’m winning in November.\u201d<\/p>\n
