A furious attorney general who says acting Attorney General Todd Blanche has been stonewalling his Jeffrey Epstein investigation has filed suit against the Justice department, according to a new report. <\/p>\n

New Mexico Democratic Attorney General Ra\u00fal Torrez filed his lawsuit Wednesday after nearly a month of publicly accusing Blanche of \u201ccausing real and escalating harm\u201d to state lawmakers\u2019 ongoing probe into Zorro Ranch<\/u>, the Guardian reported<\/u>.<\/p>\n

Zorro Ranch<\/u> is the sprawling compound alleged to be central to the disgraced financier’s disturbing plan<\/u> to \u201cseed the human race with his DNA.\u201d <\/p>\n

Now owned<\/u> by millionaire businessman Don Huffines \u2013 a fierce ally to President Donald Trump \u2013 Epstein\u2019s New Mexico compound is also alleged to be the burial site of \u201ctwo foreign girls,\u201d according to an released this year by the DOJ.<\/p>\n

Torrez had reached out to the DOJ nearly half-a-dozen times over a five-month period requesting original documents related to Zorro Ranch, but had not received a single response, The New York Times previously reported<\/u>, potentially compromising New Mexico officials\u2019 probe into the compound.<\/p>\n

An apparently fed-up Torrez issued<\/u> the DOJ a deadline of last Friday to comply with its requests. That deadline came and went without a response.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe lawsuit, filed in the US district court for the district of Columbia, alleges that Blanche and his department had \u2018stonewalled\u2019 the state investigation that Torrez reopened in February after the 10,000-acre Zorro property was mentioned thousands of times in recent releases of the so-called Epstein files,\u201d The Guardian\u2019s report reads.<\/p>\n

\u201cTorrez said he wanted to establish what had taken place at Zorro, which unlike other properties prominent in Epstein\u2019s sex-trafficking conspiracy in Palm Beach, New York, and his private Caribbean island, saw no confirmed federal search take place.\u201d<\/p>\n

Investigations into Zorro Ranch were underway back in 2019 before being abruptly shut down<\/u> at the request of the Trump administration\u2019s DOJ.<\/p>\n
