Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) faces a new chapter of his scandal, as his attorney’s release of an unredacted naked picture of his daughter has triggered a federal civil rights suit.<\/p>\n

Per the complaint, detailed by the Chandra Law Firm, Miller and his attorney, Aaron Minc, published a public Dropbox folder on X earlier this month meant to rebut abuse allegations from Miller’s ex-wife, Emily Moreno. Court filings allege the folder contained an image described as showing the toddler in a state that could qualify as sexual abuse material, with the girl’s name left fully unredacted more than 70 times across the same document.<\/p>\n

Miller’s posts linking the folder reportedly generated over 400,000 combined views before the material was removed roughly 23 hours later.<\/p>\n

The lawsuit further alleges that after early viewers deleted the images, Minc restored the folder to its original, unredacted state, and Miller shared the link publicly a second time.<\/p>\n

“They victimized an innocent child to score political points,” attorney Subodh Chandra, representing the family, said.<\/p>\n

Minc has acknowledged the release was a mistake but disputed how critics have characterized the images, telling reporters they showed the child without a shirt rather than exposed genitals.<\/p>\n

Miller has denied any wrongdoing throughout the broader abuse allegations against him. He is accused of horrific acts of violence on his family, including scalding Emily Moreno with boiling water and breaking his daughter’s collarbone.<\/p>\n

A concerted GOP effort to get Miller to end his campaign before the ballot removal deadline failed this month, partly after President Donald Trump reportedly intervened in his favor.<\/p>\n
