CNN data guru Harry Enten couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw the latest figures showing President Donald Trump’s declining favorability among a group that helped him return to the White House.<\/p>\n

During a segment about Trump’s planned UFC fight on the White House South Lawn, CNN anchor Kate Bolduan and Enten looked at numbers reflecting how young men feel about the president.<\/p>\n

“Younger men, specifically, who are the big fans of UFC and Donald Trump, of course, put in a historic performance with back in the 2024 election for a Republican candidate for president,” Enten explained. “He actually won them. He won men under the age of 30 by a point. Look at his net approval rating now.”<\/p>\n

Enten then presented a graphic showing that Trump’s net approval from men under 30 now sits at -55 points. The graphic contrasted the new polling numbers against how he won the 2024 election by +1 point.<\/p>\n

“Oh my goodness gracious,” Enten commented.<\/p>\n

“I was literally about to ask you if that was a typo,” Bolduan said.<\/p>\n

“No, that was not a typo,” Enten assured her. “Me and my crack crew spend many hours on those slides, and we can tell you that is not a typo. That is a 56-point move against the president…he is really struggling with them.”<\/p>\n

Enten suggested, “Maybe that’s part of the reason why he wants to put on an event like this,” referring to the UFC fight.<\/p>\n
