A foreign national arrested after \u201cillegal biological lab\u201d was discovered in one of their managed properties in Nevada had the charges dropped<\/u> this week in what Zeteo described<\/u> as a \u201cremarkable situation,\u201d one in which President Donald Trump was labeled an “active participant.”<\/p>\n

That foreign national is 55-year-old Ori Solomon<\/u>, an Israeli citizen<\/u> and property manager who was in the United States on a non-immigrant visa. Law enforcement was tipped off in January after a cleaner hired to work at one of Solomon’s Las Vegas properties fell “deathly ill” upon entering the garage, where “glass beakers with reddish liquid inside\u201d and a \u201cbiological safety cabinet\u201d they believed was a \u201ccentrifuge,” was found, ABC News reported<\/u>.<\/p>\n

The materials were reportedly \u201cconsistent<\/u>\u201d with those found in another illegal biolab<\/u> discovered in California, including vials containing \u201cpotential pathogens such as HIV, malaria, COVID-19 and more.\u201d The biolab in California was discovered in a home owned by another foreign national with an “extensive relationship\u201d with Solomon, according to an NBC affiliate<\/u>.<\/p>\n

Where Trump came into the picture, Zeteo’s report argued, was through his appointment of Israeli-born Sigal Chattah as U.S. attorney for the District of Nevada, a position the news outlet claimed she is currently \u201coccupying illegally<\/u>.”<\/p>\n

Solomon was federally charged with possession of a firearm, and state authorities <\/u>accused him of improperly disposing of hazardous waste. Last Tuesday, however, Chattah\u2019s office dropped the weapons charge against Solomon without explanation. Zeteo reported it was because of her \u201cconsistent and despicable viciousness towards Palestinians\u201d and support for Israel.<\/p>\n

\u201cChattah\u2019s office dismissed a federal charge against an Israeli arrested for illegal possession of guns, in connection with a broader investigation of a fraudulent biolab on U.S. soil,\u201d according to Zeteo.<\/u> \u201cBy itself, the situation is remarkable. But it\u2019s also part of a broader picture that should be of great concern.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chattah has called Palestinians \u201canimals<\/u>,\u201d and urged them to be wiped \u201coff the map<\/u>,\u201d describing \u201ceven the children<\/u>\u201d as terrorists. While such remarks are commonplace among far-right Israeli supporters \u2013 including from<\/u> an American member of Congress, Rep. Randy Fine (R-FL) \u2013 Chattah\u2019s history, which also includes allowing an Israeli government official accused of soliciting a minor to \u201cflee to Israel<\/u>\u201d earlier this year, painted the \u201cbroader picture\u201d the report warned about.<\/p>\n

\u201cSince 2003, Israeli soldiers and settlers have killed at least 15 Americans<\/u>. They have brutalized American journalists, including Zeteo contributor Alex Colston<\/u>, just this month. Pro-Israel interests have flooded U.S. elections with dark money, producing the three most expensive House races ever, including the recent ousting<\/u> of Republican maverick Thomas Massie,\u201d according to the Zeteo analysis.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd now, a virulently pro-Israel U.S. attorney, occupying her role illegally, per a court of law, is shielding an Israeli from justice in the U.S. legal system. Donald Trump and his Republican Party are not bystanders. They are active participants.\u201d<\/p>\n
