President Donald Trump’s infamous political movement appears to have become a shell of itself, according to one political analyst.

David Pakman, host of “The David Pakman Show” on YouTube, discussed a new report from the Financial Times in a new video that found Trump and his “America First” allies have been sending money overseas to support MAGA-aligned political causes. That’s happening despite Trump’s repeated claims that America should not send money to support overseas causes like Ukraine’s war against Russian aggression and the Department of Government Efficiency’s efforts to slash foreign aid.
“Donald Trump told Americans that sending taxpayer money overseas is dangerous, wasteful, corrupt, unacceptable, and he will be America first,” Pakman said. “We have learned that the Trump administration is now getting ready to send your money overseas for one purpose, which is spreading MAGA around the world.”

The report noted that the Trump administration is eyeing a $2 million grant to an organization that opposes censorship by European Union regulators of tech companies.
“Look at what America First has become!” Pakman said.
“We knew all along it was just about what they are paying for in other countries, and now Trump does want to spend American money in other countries, as long as it helps his political movement,” Pakman said. “They have found these MAGA groups that he believes helped his movement. It’s not isolationism; it is foreign intervention of a sort.”
