A reporter flagged that President Donald Trump was filmed for 36 hours at a party with Jeffrey Epstein after a clip resurfaced.

According to reporting by Tommy Christopher on The Jim Acosta Show Substack, only a minute of the 1992 footage has ever been released, and what happened to the rest of the tapes is unknown. Christopher described the full footage as potentially “devastating” if it’s ever found.
Christopher also noted that the footage resurfaced as Trump’s Department of Justice was fighting a lawsuit by lawyer and journalist Katie Phang over its redactions of the Epstein files. Some of the redactions involve already damning allegations of Trump, including that he assaulted a teenage girl during a New York area encounter facilitated by Epstein.
Christopher noted that the minute-long released footage is well known and most people have likely seen the clip. It shows Trump “laughing with Epstein and whispering to him in between bouts of white-boy-overbite dancing,” Christopher wrote.
“At one point he seems to be telling Epstein, ‘Look at her, back there. …She’s hot,'” according to Christopher. The clip “has followed Trump all over the world as activists project it on the side of buildings,” Christopher noted. It was shot in November 1992 for the NBC talk show “A Closer Look.”

According to Christopher, an NBC producer told The Washington Post, “the party was part of about 36 hours of footage taken of Trump for a half-hour piece about him that aired on ‘A Closer Look.'”
The episode of “A Closer Look” featured other footage of Trump partying with women, but it left out clips of him with Epstein, Christopher noted. However, Christopher shared footage of host Faith Daniels saying during an interview with Trump that he non-consensually kissed her on the lips, with Trump adding that her husband’s back was turned.
“You kissed me, and I said, ‘That’ll cost you. I’m booking you on the show,'” Daniels said. Trump responded, “The kiss was so good, and it was so open and nice.”
