On Thursday, the USIP filed an emergency motion asking a judge to stop “plans to carve President Trump’s name into the facade of the iconic USIP headquarters building,” Politico legal reporter Kyle Cheney reported via a post on X, noting it’s “NOT JUST THE KENNEDY CENTER” that’s fighting off Trump’s name.
